German soccer fans paid tribute to the victims of the Germanwings Flight 9525 air crash ahead of their national team's friendly international against Australia on Wednesday.
A minute of silence was held before the international match at Fritz-Walter-Stadion in Kaiserslautern in memoriam to the 150 people believed to have died on Tuesday. The video screen broadcast a message reading: "In quiet reflection we remember the victims. Our thoughts are with their families."
