Sevilla players celebrate after a record fourth victory in UEFA's second-tier competition, beating Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk in the Europa League final in Warsaw.

Sevilla's Colombian forward Carlos Bacca celebrates after scoring the second-half winner -- his second goal of the match.

There was concern late in the game when Dnipro's Brazilian forward Matheus collapsed to the ground for no apparent reason.

Matheus, carried off with a bloodied nose, had suffered a clash of heads not long before his collapse.

He had been involved in the opening goal of the match, crossing for Croatian forward Nikola Kalinic to head underdog Dnipro in front in the seventh minute of its first European final.

Sevilla's Polish midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak delighted the home fans in his national stadium when he drove in an equalizer just before the half-hour mark.

Just three minutes later, Bacca gathered a threaded pass from Jose Antonio Reyes and rounded Dnipro goalkeeper Denys Boyko.

Bacca, who also scored in last season's final victory against Benfica, then slotted home from a tight angle.

Dnipro refused to give up, and captain Ruslan Rotan leveled just before halftime. His free-kick beat Sevilla's stranded goalkeeper Sergio Rico at his near post.
