Robert Lewandowski is awarded with four certificates by Guinness World Records after scoring five goals in nine minutes for Bayern Munich against Wolfsburg in September's German Bundesliga clash. He set new records for the most goals scored by a substitute, the fastest hat-trick, and the quickest four and five-goal hauls.

The Warsaw-born striker continues to bang them in for club and country, having scored 26 goals in 25 appearances so far this season. When Bayern beat Greek side Olympiakos 4-0 to reach the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League, Lewandowski fired in the second.

He scrambled in his second of the night in the last minute to help Poland secure a vital 2-2 draw in Glasgow. Remarkably, his 13 goals in Euro 2016 qualifying were more than the total managed by 29 competing countries, and equaled David Healy's record.

Lewandowski scores twice in Bayern's 5-1 demolition of his former club Borussia Dortmund to take his tally to 12 in as many days. Nine of those came in three league games as Bayern went seven points clear at the top of the Bundesliga. He joined Gerd Muller and Christian Muller as the only players to have netted 12 goals in eight league games.
