Ecuador overcomes Bolivia – and the elements – in World Cup qualifier

Ecuador and Bolivia met in a 2018 World Cup qualifier at the Estadio Olimpico Atahualpa on Tuesday and had to contend with torrential downpour and a number of menacing puddles.
