A battery-powered boat broke a decade-old world record last week, speeding into history on a British lake.
the Jaguar Vector V20E was making it's record attempt at Coniston Water in Britain's Lake District. Donald Campbell, a British car and speedboat racer, was killed there in 1967 when his jet-powered boat, Bluebird, crashed and broke up while he tried to break the world water speed record.
