We're stuck in that war. Unless I'm president, I'll get it done. I'll get it negotiated. I'll get out.

I think we should eliminate the filibuster for a row and get us to the point where 51 votes would be what we need to actually put back in law the protections for reproductive freedom.
Eliminating the filibuster would allow the Senate to pass some laws with a simple majority of 51, which lowers the threshold from 60 votes. In response, Senate moderate Joe Manchin says he won't endorse her.

In the United States, over $4 trillion of debit card transactions take place every year. Over 60% of those transactions and over 70% of all online debit transactions are Robert Visa.
That's Attorney General Merrick Garland announcing that the Department of Justice is suing Visa. The DOJ alleges that Visa has abused its dominant position in the debit card market to force businesses to use its network over others. The complaint also says visa penalizes vendors and banks who want to run transactions through different systems, effectively insulating the company from competition. Visa said in a statement that the lawsuit is meritless and will defend itself in court. The company said it faces growing competition, particularly online.
