Dyson’s hair dryer and styling tools have a hardcore fan base — and for good reason. The company’s appliances are extremely functional, nice to?look at and good at what they do. While that usually results in price tags on the aspirational side of things, Dyson’s newest hair dryer, the Dyson Supersonic Origin, is meant to be a pared-down version of its Supersonic hair dryer that retails for around $400 ($30 less than the standard model). Better yet? Right now it’s on sale for another $100 off.
Dyson just launched a new version of its popular Supersonic hair dryer at a lower price, and now it’s on sale for $100 off.
The Origin deviates from the Supersonic mostly in the realm of attachments: You just get the smoothing attachment with this one. But if you’re low-key when it comes to your hair, that’s probably not going to matter so much, especially at the reduced price.
If you’re into drying your hair with attachments, the difference in price tags between the two models is close enough that suddenly shelling out another $30 on four more attachments doesn’t seem so bad. But at a $130 difference? The Origin’s flash sale stands to be a different game (and potential decision-maker) if you’re using a hair dryer every day.
