We checked pricing in five service ZIP codes, including Texas, New Mexico, San Diego, Arizona and Florida locations. We received identical quotes of $52 a month with an initial start-up fee of $209 for the company’s 4 Seasons Pest Control service for a 2,000-square-foot home.

Some ZIP codes require you to call the company’s local franchise and schedule a home visit to get a quote.

Truly Nolen’s termite service focuses on termite prevention by treating the surrounding soil and parts of the home that are common locations for termite activity, including attics, walls, doors, foundations, windows and plumbing pipes.

Truly Nolen takes a multi-step approach to rodent removal and prevention. Truly Nolen will rodent-proof a home by conducting a smoke test to find gaps and holes that may serve as entry points.
