ARIZONA

This measure would allow those age 21 and older to possess and privately consume and grow limited amounts of marijuana. It would also impose a 16% tax on marijuana sales, authorize state and local regulation of marijuana licensees, allow the expungement of some marijuana offenses and ban smoking marijuana in public.
